Cancellation Policy

1. General Cancellation Terms
At Quick Kerala Holidays, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and service providers. Please review the specific cancellation terms for your booking type below.
2. Tour Package Cancellations
Cancellation Charges:

| More than 30 days | ₹500 (Processing fee) |
| 15-30 days | 25% of package cost |
| 7-14 days | 50% of package cost |
| Less than 7 days | 100% of package cost (No Refund) |
3. Hotel Booking Cancellations
Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in
- 50% charge for cancellations within 24-48 hours
- 100% charge for cancellations within 24 hours
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking amount
4. Vehicle Booking Cancellations
Cancellation Terms:
- Free cancellation up to 72 hours before pickup
- 25% charge for cancellations within 24-72 hours
- 50% charge for cancellations within 12-24 hours
- 100% charge for cancellations within 12 hours
5. Special Circumstances
Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.), we will work with you to find suitable alternatives or provide refunds where applicable.
Medical Emergencies
Medical emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please provide appropriate medical documentation for consideration of waiver or reduction of cancellation charges.
6. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after cancellation approval
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Bank transfer refunds may take additional 3-5 business days
- Processing fees may apply for certain payment methods
7. Modification Policy
If you wish to modify your booking instead of cancelling, we will do our best to accommodate changes. Modification fees may apply depending on the nature of the change and timing.
- Name changes: ₹500 processing fee
- Date changes: Subject to availability and price differences
- Package upgrades: Additional cost only
- Downgrades: Refund difference minus processing fee
8. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking. Travel insurance can cover trip cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances. Quick Kerala Holidays is not liable for expenses not covered by insurance.
